Solafact F300

Product Introduction

The Solafact F300 Vehicle-Mounted Food Safety Raman Detector is a vehicle-mounted Raman spectrometer that uses advanced Raman spectroscopy detection technology to achieve precise detection of trace substances. It is specifically designed to detect toxic and harmful substances as well as non-edible materials in food and agricultural products, and is suitable for in-vehicle use with an anti-vibration function. The product has a comprehensive detection scope and can conduct customized testing for various food safety risks commonly found in different foods, such as pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, non-edible substances, abuse of food additives, toxic and harmful substances, and illegal additives in health products.

Features
  • Rapid detection speed, with results displayed in just a few seconds
  • Simple operation, with one-click function and automatic interpretation of detection results, meeting the needs of rapid on-site screening without requiring specialist personnel
  • Accurate detection, with Raman’s molecular fingerprint identification capability providing more reliable results compared to spectroscopic and colloidal gold products on the market, reducing the risk of false positives
  • Intelligent monitoring, with an embedded precision algorithm and dedicated spectral library enabling smart matching, automatic sample identification, and the ability to detect multiple substances simultaneously
Technical Indicators
Detection Unit Independent Raman detection system, one-click self-check and automatic entry into detection interface, continuously adjustable spectrometer integration time and laser power
Detection Capability Can detect common items in foods such as pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, tea, illegal additives, etc.
