Neil L. Rideout born in Newfoundland, Canada in 1968, Graduated high school at Lester B, Pearson Memorial High in Wesleyville, master’s degree in computer studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, started his career working for the US Dept of Defense, followed by two very successful software development companies, and independent contractor in the Technology facilitation field.
Inventor of Multicast Video Conferencing along with several USPTO publications.

Frank A. Duss

Frank A Duss born in Pittsburgh PA 1944.  Graduated HS in Richmond, VA.  Attended Virginia Tech University and Graduated Temple University majoring in Industrial Management. Spent four years in the USAF stationed at McGuire AFB, NJ. Worked in the computer center.
Moved back to Richmond VA. Worked at Burroughs Corporation sales Main Frame Computers. Then worked at Data General Corp. Computers – Sales, management major accounts.
Moved to Florida – worked at ModComp Computer- major account space shuttle program. Worked for Netpresenter as Independent Sales Rep for 15 years in Florida.

I have a technical bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and military training as a non-commissioned officer. I also followed specialized training in NRBC at the NRBC Inter-Army School. During my 20-year career, I have acquired solid expertise in the following areas: Recognition and identification of CBRN risks Protection of populations and armed forces against NRBC risks Conduct of NRBC operations.
I led an NRBC reconnaissance team as section leader. I have trained hundreds of soldiers in CBRN reconnaissance techniques. I have written a reference manual on NRBC recognition. I am an experienced and motivated professional who is ready to take on new challenges.

Very grounded person with varied interests who is able to work as a technical lead or software developer equally well with technically-minded and non-technically minded alike.
